We provide our own delivery service staffed with our own, experienced crews.
The map below outlines our delivery charges across the Republic. For delivery to the North of Ireland, please get in touch by phone or email.
As part of our service, we will deliver your items to the room you desire, unwrap, assemble as required and remove all packaging - ready for you to enjoy!
If you have any special requirements on delivery that we should be aware of, just let our dispatch team know when they ring to arrange delivery. As always, we will do our best to accomodate.
Please note that we do not provide any wall-hanging services - including mirrors, pictures and some wall-hanging TV Units. We advise that you seek the services of a professional tradesman.

Pre-Delivery:
Stock Items:
If you wish to cancel an order which was marked as "In Stock", and you have not yet received delivery, please contact us as soon as possible to process a full refund.
This only applies to products that we carry stock of, not made-to-order and non-stock items.
Non-Stock Items:
If you have placed an order for an item that we do not carry in-stock, and you have not contacted us within 3 days of placing your order, it is likely that we have commissioned a supplier to manufacture the product for you. In compliance with the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission of Ireland, we reserve the right to charge an 18% restocking fee on custom order if not cancelled within this time period. If you are unsure about this, please get in touch.
Post-Delivery:
Stock Items:
If after recieving your stock item(s) you have a change of heart and wish to return the item(s), in accordance with the above regulations, you have up to 14 days from the day of delivery to contact us in writing by email to sales@mcdermotts.ie.
We will refund 100% of the price of the product to you immediately, excluding any delivery fees. Please be aware that if you are returning the item(s) and they have no defects or faults, you will be required to pay for the delivery costs of returning the item back to us. The item will need to arrive to us in pristine condition, and if you require our delivery service to pick up your returned items - we reserve the right to charge our delivery fee. If you are unsure about this, please get in touch.
Non-Stock Items:
We understand that as human beings mistakes can happen, and we want to make returns as fair and easy as possible
For special orders or non-stock items, we accept returns but must meet the following conditions:
1. A collection fee will apply
2. An 18% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the original item cost (delivery charges are non-refundable)
3. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on linens, pillows or mattresses.
If your product has been delivered to you with a defect/fault, please contact us as soon as possible on 094 90 22500 or sales@mcdermotts.ie. We will do our best to help resolve any issues that you have as quickly as possible, and in line with the Consumer Protection Regulations.
Our Click & Collect service is perfect if you want the convenience of shopping online, without the delivery costs!
Available Monday to Friday 09:30 to 18:00.
How to use Click & Collect:
- Select Click And Collect at checkout, and we will contact you once your whole order is in stock to arrange collection.
- Please do not arrive at our Collection Point until you have been contacted by our dispatch team that your items are ready for pick-up.
- Please bring your order invoice - either printed or have your confirmation email ready to show our team.
This way, you can order your item(s) online and then pick them up from our Collection Point when they arrive in-stock. You might also get your order earlier than expected as you won’t need to wait for a delivery slot.
